And, then you won’t be able to become a global business, making a lot of money globally. Then, the time difference will not be a problem anymore. You need to have a product that people in other countries also need in order to become a global success. If you do have a business where foreign markets are viable, then the method of transportation for your goods and services must be taken into account, such as air freight and sea freight.

If you think that because English is the world language that there won’t be language limitations, then you are mistaken. There are many other countries out there, that don’t understand or speak English at all. And, this can be a problem in order for your business to become a successful, global business.

You can now make use of translators all over the world, and get your website and products translated so that your business can become globally successful.

5) Laws and regulations

Each country has their legal processes that need to be followed before a business can be legal. And, this is the same as international business. This is why you should make sure about all the legal formalities of the different countries before you consider becoming a global business.

Qualify Creatively to Generate Sales, Not Leads

Everyone who sells for a living wants more leads - lots and lots of leads. So, in companies both large and small, the marketing department turns on the lead-generating machine (more advertising, trade shows, sales events, etc.) and the salespeople start pounding on doors. Of course, in a small company, the marketing department and sales department is often just one person who might also be the only employee, and so the marketing and sales roles need to be efficient.

All too often, salespeople are chasing bad leads - tire kickers, inquirers, folks who will attend a trade show to just pick up promotional give-a-ways, folks who collect literature, and those who won't buy anything or can't buy anything for any number of reasons. The goal of generating leads is to generate qualified leads (with emphasis on the "qualified" part) so that the time and effort invested in the sales process is spent on those prospects who are most likely to make a purchase.

Non-productive leads can be minimized, but certainly not eliminated, by using positioning statements in marketing strategy and asking the prospect probing questions relative to their real interest or their ability to purchase what you sell. It isn't necessary to ask "in person"; your advertising can ask those questions also, often in very subtle but meaningful ways.

An investment firm's advertising states "If your portfolio is over $500,000... "
A home improvement contractor's website asks prospects to fill in a number of blanks about a proposed project before committing to send out a salesperson.
At a trade show, a salesperson of industrial equipment takes an inquirer's contact information and asks a series of qualifying questions to determine whether to schedule an appointment after the show.
An employee training firm asks questions to discover how many employees a prospect has to offer either a "distance-learning" or "in-person" training package.
A children's day school clearly states the acceptable ages of children and then asks about the age of a prospect's children before offering a complimentary tour.

Sure, if you ask to respectfully qualify prospects, you won't get as many responses, but you will be wasting less time chasing unqualified prospects, and those who qualify will be more likely to be really interested in and able to purchase your product or service. The net result of attracting better-qualified leads is that salespeople will spend their time more productively, selling more while prospecting less. Isn't a small group of qualified leads better than a ton of bad ones?

Intuition - How to access, develop and use it in your own life

Intuition - the ‘sixth sense’ - has had a rather chequered history. At various times it was considered a gift bestowed on only a few, a curse leading to persecution or a form of woo-woo imagination children were taught to suppress. Although some individuals seem naturally wired for strong intuitive abilities - as others are for athletic or musical talents - that kind of intelligence can be enhanced by most sensitive people.

What form does intuition take?

There is nothing airy-fairy about intuition. It is an additional sense you can access and consult for valuable insights and direction in life. It could be a gut feeling, hunch or sense of inner knowing. Things are perceived and known - sometimes with inexplicable certainty - without conscious processing. This inner knowing often comes out of the blue, when suddenly a whole picture or an action you need to take become clear.

Picking up subtle energetic clues from the environment, other people and even future events, intuition extends beyond the official five senses and can be mistaken for imagination. It’s easy to discredit the inner whispers and ignore them. But often this comes at a price and leads to regrets: I knew it wouldn’t work out but I did it anyway. Now I’ve got to sort out the consequences! If only I’d followed my instincts I wouldn’t be in such a mess now.

Trust your vibes

If you have to make a decision but are unsure which way to go, your logical mind may not be sufficient to penetrate confusion, self-doubt and uncertainty. In that case, consult a different source of wisdom within yourself, your own inner compass. Based on your own individual experience and perceptions, it will point you in the direction that is right for you, no matter what other people might want or what appears to be favourable at the time.

Going beyond purely mental processing, intuition also includes the subconscious mind and your higher functions.

Access your intuition for decision-making

Choose a time and space where you can be quiet and undisturbed.

Think of a question or an issue you want to contemplate. When you are new to this process, don’t seek answers for life or death issues or try to fathom the future. Allow yourself to become more confident (and competent) in accessing and evaluating your inner wisdom before tackling the really big questions.

Write the question/issue down. Keep it simple and brief.

Feel your feet in contact with the ground. Focus on the area of your heart. Breathe calmly and evenly. Let the body soften and release any tension. You should feel relaxed and comfortable, contained within yourself, in a quiet receptive state of mind, gently tuning in to your own inner wisdom.

Hold your questions lightly in your mind and wait. Don’t force anything. Be open to whatever comes. It could be a feeling, words, ideas, knowings or thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere. If it remains hazy, give yourself a little nudge: How do I really feel about the whole situation? What do I need to know? What feels like the right thing to do? Don’t push, let answers arrive by themselves.

Write down anything that will help you remember what came up. Do not think about it, judge or dismiss it. Just record the information from inside you, nothing else.

Ask yourself follow-up questions as they occur to you. Wait, be open to any answer that may come. Don’t dwell on it. Just record.

Finish when you have gathered enough material or found your answer. Get back into your normal state and take a look at what you wrote down. Only now should you analyse what came up in the process. Ask yourself questions like these: Does it feel true? Does it resonate with me? Does it seem the right answer/ way to go? Is it supported by what I already know about the situation? Does it feel right? Keep probing to make sure the information and insights you received are valuable and ring true rather than fantasy. Until you have learnt to understand and trust your inner wisdom, treat it with caution, as a guideline rather than gospel to be followed blindly.

Find your own way

Practising the above steps will help you become more proficient at accessing your own inner guidance. But there are many other ways of working with intuition. Find the one that works best for you. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t seem to be getting any worthwhile information or if nothing happens at all. You may not be in the right state or the time is not right for insights to flow.

Intuition is a different sense of seeing, smelling or hearing. It will not always be summoned at will, right there and then when you search for its wisdom. Nothing may happen during your session, but then on the bus to work, an insight pops into your head! Accessing your own inner guidance requires patience and trust that one way or another the right answers will come to you if you remain open to that possibility.

35 Affirmations That Will Change Your Life

Words are responsible for everything we hold to be true; We believe the things we believe because someone spoke them to us. But in our day to day lives, we rarely recognize the magnitude of our speech. We tell ourselves both good and bad things every day, often without paying attention to what we’re speaking into existence. Out of habit, we might say, “I’m scared,” I’m tired,” “I’m desperate,” “I’m stuck,” or “I’m not good enough.” What we don’t realize is that such phrases eventually become the truth of our lives. Because what we keep thinking, we speak. What we keep speaking, we do. And what we keep doing, we become.

A major step to changing your life is changing the way you relate to your problems, and by extension, the way you speak about them: When a problem comes up, what words do you use to describe the situation? Do you tell others that you’re “helpless” and a “victim?” Then you will continue to be. You have to take control of the things that threaten to take control of you. This process starts with a simple “I am.”

“I am” is the single most important phrase you will ever speak, because what follows these two words dictates who you are: what you believe and invite into your life. “I am” becomes even more meaningful when you re-define yourself throughout the day: “I am confident,” “I am beautiful,” and “I am ready for love,” are just a few of the endless declarations you can make to replenish your well-being and re-centre your soul. You will feel calmer and more grounded. The right words, recited with purpose and conviction, can shift your perception entirely.

The key is to personalize your mantras so that they come from your heart. Make them specific to your circumstances. So instead of saying a vague, “I am powerful,” say, “I am powerful enough to overcome my breakup and attract a dedicated, loyal partner.” Pick your favourite phrases from the list below, change them as needed, and repeat them throughout the day. You will see that with time, these empowering statements will come effortlessly:

1. I am more powerful than my pain. I have the strength to defeat any adversity. I break through barriers and leap over hurdles. Nothing is as great as my own power.

2. I am in love with who I’m becoming. I give up on trying to please others. Instead, I work to fulfil my authentic self.

3. I am in control of my life. I reject anything that harms me and I embrace everything that delivers joy. I am master over my circumstances.

4. I am worthy. I deserve the incredible things that are coming to me.

5. I am attracting the perfect person for me. The universe is sending me a partner who is committed, faithful, and unconditionally loving.

6. I am healthy, I am stable, I am sound. My body is in excellent shape and my mind is at ease. I accept my flaws and embrace the totality of who I am.

7. I am unstoppable. I am determined to reach my goals and make them a reality. I remain undeterred from my dreams.

8. I am superior to negativity. I rise above my troubles.

9. I am talented. I have been given endless skills that I utilize each day.

10. I am emotionally pure. A river of compassion washes away my anger and replaces it with love.

11. I am extremely successful. My career is growing, expanding, and thriving.

12. I am happy. Today, I choose joy over suffering. I am content with my accomplishments and blessings.

13. I am loved. I am appreciated, admired, and respected by the people who matter most to me.

14. I am resilient. My ability to overcome challenges is unfailing. I am leaving my pain in the past. I am healing.

15. I am purposeful. I am meant to be here to impact this world in profound ways. My divine destiny is unfolding before my eyes.

16. I am limitless. My soul is eternal. My potential is infinite.
