Outsource Staffing to Meet Your Increasing Business Needs

By Michelle Barkley

Outsource staffing is an effort made by outsourcing companies to provide you and your company with just the perfect employee capable of doing your work to help you run your business smoothly and perfectly. To run any organization successfully and efficiently it is very important to choose the right people who can do the required work. Well it is correctly said that a company or an organization is as good as its people. So choosing the man power who will work for a company is as crucial as selecting any other major component of a business. Business owners must make an extra effort to select the best people to work for them.

Staff-in-front-of-computer

On the whole staffing process, that is selecting the right staff and training them to do the work for a business is a time consuming and exhaustive process. Outsource staffing is a simple means for you to be free from all staffing worries. It requires a lot of effort, time, planning and other resources for an organization to go about hiring the best staffing services. Outsourcing staff is the best and the most viable option for any firm to select and hire the services of the best people to work for them.

One of the main benefits of outsource staffing is that you can save lots of money, time and other resources. Most businesses and companies have many time consuming and complicated jobs to take care of for running their business successfully. So in such a scenario outsourcing staff becomes the best option. You can also save huge amounts of money if you outsource staff from outsourcing companies. The cost of labor in developing countries is very low and when professionals do the outsourcing work from developing countries, the work can actually be done at a much lower rate.

Outsource-Staff-Meeting-

Once you have outsourced the staff of your business you can also have lots of time at your disposal. This becomes possible as outsourcing lets you free up your valuable time. The professionals who have freed up from the workload can deal with other important business deals. Also all the other important sectors of your business can be dealt with as the internal staff can be freed up.

One thing that has been noticed in most businesses is the fact that professionals switch jobs very frequently. This has a very negative effect on any business. After a professional has been hired and trained to do particular types of work, they leave the organization. This means the loss of time money and all the other resources that was used for training the professional to work according to company standards. So the next time you want to hire new professionals think about all these aspects and you can find outsourcing staff to be a better option for your business.

Outsource Staffing to Meet Your Increasing Business Needs

Whether to outsource staff or not is entirely your decision and no one can force you to decide on anything. So before you actually go about outsource staffing you must find out if this will benefit your business or not. After you have undertaken the process for your business, at anytime you find that you are not satisfied with the work done, you can simply take back the work and let someone else do the thing for you. There are plenty of outsourcing companies form which you can hire the outsourcing services.

Most Important Lesson Can People Learn About Successful Affiliate Marketing

Mike Grady, Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/10197199
Most important lesson can people learn from affiliate marketing?

THE SHORT ANSWER

Yes, You should absolutely outsource it.

I'm hoping everyone reads this article.

Because it doesn't matter if you are a poor beginner or

a filthy rich expert, time works the same for all of us.

Me, you, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Mark Zuckerberg

and everyone in between have that same constraint of 24 hours in a day.

So in several of my past articals I talked about utilizing multiple traffic sources
so people see your affiliate offers.

The response I typically get is "how in the world am I going to find time

to make YouTube videos, blog posts, Instagram pictures, Pinterest thingies, Facebook posts, etc.

And that is where the concept of content maximization comes from.

Getting the most bang for your buck.

So let me tell you how I do it.

  1. I do a bunch of research and create a list of content ideas my audience would benefit from.
  2. I sit down in a day and make 10 YouTube videos about the content.
  3. Once the video is made it goes to a writer I've hired online on Upwork.
  4. She turns the video into a blog post.
  5. Next that video goes to a designer I hired from the same (very affordable).

The designer turns that video into pictures

that then get turned into quotes and go on my Instagram and Pinterest.
Are you starting to see the big picture?

I am utilizing two powerful tools called batching and systemization
to get the most content for my time spent.

In the beginning I didn't have a team,

but I still followed this system with just me.

Massive time saved.

I only have to create content once a week on Mondays and I'm free to work on other parts of my business the rest of the time.

Best part is I am not trapped in the office.

I can create content from any where in the world.

Hope that helped a little bit with the idea of out-sourcing.

Outsourcing Bliss! How to find a freelancer on Fiverr.

If you’ve never outsourced to a freelancer before, trying to find the right person (or anyone for that matter!) on Fiverr can get a little overwhelming. Trust me - I know!
But DON’T let that stop you.
Embrace the fear, get OUT of your comfort zone and focus on finding that special someone that is going to ease the burden, increase your productivity and (dare I say it…?!) possibly even do a better job than you would have done (ouch!).
It will be worth the ride, I promise!

How to Outsource - Hiring a Freelancer on Fiverr

Most sellers will specialise in one area - so you can make the most of their expertise and experience and get a better result. When you’ve gone through the pain once - you’ll be back again and before you know it, it will become the norm.
Here are some tips to help you feel less stressed out and better prepared to find the right person for the job:

Know your project!  Before even visiting the site - make sure you have a very clear idea of the work you need doing; the results that you are expecting and an idea of the budget you will have available.

Browse the site by category to see what kinds of services are available or use the search bar if you know exactly what you are looking for. Try to be as specific as possible to ensure the search results are relevant.

Save your favourite sellers and create lists for different services.  Fiverr is huge and it can get overwhelming searching through hundreds of listings to find the few that you are interested in. So make sure that when you do find them - you save them! You can Save sellers under a general ‘Saved’ list and you can create separate lists to group the types of sellers and services. This is a huge time saver and will help you next time you are on the site looking for your next project.

Post Request.  If you don’t want to sort through hundreds of sellers and gigs, use the Post Request feature instead of searching. Fiverr will only show your request to people who work within the areas you’ve chosen. This will save you some time, however, you will need to allow up to 24 hours to get the results.

Not all freelancers are created equal!  Make sure you look at the number of reviews and the review scores for the sellers. Read through the comments to get a better idea of how well they can help you. It’s always worth paying a little more for someone that has a lot of reviews and is consistently getting high reviews. This will reduce risk and ensure you are working with someone credible.

You will also get an idea of the sellers average response time from their profile. No-one will be on call 24/7 - but you will be surprised at how quickly some freelancers respond (particularly given time differences) and equally how slow others are to respond. Either contact the seller or read their reviews for an indicator of how reliable and responsive they are.

Make a short list of the sellers or gigs that you are interested in and contact each seller with the outline of your project. See how they communicate with you, how quick they are to respond and how they answer your queries will demonstrate their knowledge and capabilities.

Contact the seller with any specific questions. Next to the seller’s profile is a Contact button - send them a message to make sure they can actually do what you are expecting them to be able to do.

Don’t assume that the sellers will know what you need if you don’t know. Don’t rely on sellers with specialism in particular areas, to know what your business needs. They don’t know your business, your vision, your objectives - it is up to you to plan exactly what you want them to do and the results you want them to achieve. They will need clear direction and guidance from you, in order to do the job. Make sure you give it to them.

Be clear and concise when communicating with potential sellers.  For many, English is their second language and so there is room for misinterpretation.

Test sellers before committing to a large project. If you are looking to outsource a large project with a new seller - break it down and test out a small part of the project with 2 or 3 sellers to see who does the best job. Then award the rest of the project to that person. Yes it will cost a tiny bit more initially but will prevent you from having to repeat the process again (and pay a second time) for a better outcome.

If attention to detail is important in the seller, mention a secret word in your brief and ask them to include this word in their response to you or when making an offer to you.

If you find a good seller and love their work, make sure you go back to them again a
nd build a relationship with them. Outsourcing through Fiverr can be hit and miss, so if you find a good’un - keep them!

Don’t try going outside of Fiverr to work with the seller. Firstly you are protected through Fiverr if anything goes wrong or the seller doesn’t deliver on their commitment. But more so, if you try and hire them outside of Fiverr you may find your account getting banned. It’s just not worth it to save a couple of ££ - particularly if you need to use the site again in the future.

I hope these tips will help you with your outsourcing project.
Remember, like anything, this process will get better with time and experience. The more you do it, the easier and quicker it will become and it will be worth it to get your time back and allow you to focus more on your business rather than working in it.

Have a great day!  😃

Here's What to Look For in an SEO Firm in 2019

By Mansi Rana  |   Submitted On February 05, 2019

You should ensure that you are aware of what you should be looking for when it comes to which of the best SEO companies has what it takes to be the top for this year. There is a lot that you would need to think about when it comes to who to hire, including the team that you are going to be working with and much more. Here are just a few of the things that you should consider when you are looking for an expert to hire to help you with all of your needs.

Team of Experts

The first thing that you need to be asking the business that you are thinking about hiring for your search engine optimization needs is what team you are going to be working with. This is important because you want to be able to know who you are going to be dealing with so that you can know who you can contact. You should make sure that you ask them to introduce you to all of the members that are going to be working on your project so that you can be comfortable with them.

Packages and Services

You also want to think about the services that you can get from the business, so make sure to ask them what are some of the services that you can get from them. You also want to check out the packages and they should have the services that you want, including:

• Lead generation
• Brand visibility
• Increase in your traffic
• Increase in the conversion of sales

These are only a few of the main things that you would want to think about when it comes to picking the experts that you want to deal with.

Previous Work

Another thing to consider when you are picking the experts to take care of your business website includes the previous work that they have done. Make sure that you are asking them to show you some of the work that they have done so that you can see how it went. This is important since you would want to make sure that they have enough experience getting the work done and they can get everything you want completed. If possible, ask them if you can contact their earlier clients and get a review from them about their work.

Recommendations

The last thing, and maybe one of the first things, you should be doing is asking others who have gotten this work done for a recommendation. They would be able to tell you which of the experts they worked with and if they were happy with the work that they got. They can also tell you if they were able to keep all of the guarantees that they were given and if they managed to reach the goals they wanted. This is important since the other business owners would know what is expected and they can give you an honest opinion about who they hired.

There is a lot that you need to think about when it comes to SEO Reseller and which one is the ideal one to hire. Not only should you be thinking about their experience levels, but also what packages and services they have available. You also want to meet the team and make sure that you know who is who and which individual is going to be doing what. Make sure that you are taking the time to pick the right experts who can help you with this and that you are making the right choice for your own business.

10 Top Tips for Outsourcing Bliss!

Do you find that you never have enough time to get everything done? Are you brimming to the top with ideas you just know will make your business a thriving success, but can never find the time to implement them?

This can be incredibly frustrating. I know. I’ve been there.  There is an answer however and it’s one you probably already know.

It’s time to outsource.

It’s all well and good knowing that you need someone to relieve you from some of the workload, but if you haven’t ever hired or managed anyone before, this might feel overwhelming and could stop you getting started.

It doesn’t need to.

If you are running your business mostly from your laptop (or would like to), then Virtual Assistants are the perfect choice for you. There is an abundance of VA’s all over the world looking for work and ready to assist and support you with your business. Many are qualified, more than capable and eager to do a great job!
You can choose to hire full time or part time and can select candidates according to the exact skill set and experience required for your role, just like any other job.

You can hire freelancers for one-off tasks or projects, or you can hire a virtual assistant to fill a position in the business. The options are there for you to create a role and attract an applicant the fits your business model, your job requirements and you.

Here are 10 tips for a smooth outsourcing experience (although I do have many more…)

  1. Plan your work. Before placing an advert and certainly before hiring, make sure you know exactly what you want your new VA to do. What will help support you the best? What admin or repetitive tasks do you find yourself doing that could easily be handed over to someone else? What have you been ‘meaning’ to do but never got around to doing? Structure the work and the tasks so you know exactly what you want done and the results you are expecting
  2. Get used to the idea of letting other people do things for you. This was the hardest thing for me as I am guilty of having an ‘oh I’ll just do it attitude’. You might think it’s easier and quicker for you to do it, but if you applied that thinking to everything, you would never have any time. Start thinking ‘who’ not ‘how’ without any guilt or concern for the cost. Is the cost of outsourcing the work less than your hourly rate? Is this person likely to do a better job thank you (be honest!)? Will it leave you to focus on revenue generating tasks that can take your business to the next level? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then outsource it!
  3. One hat doesn’t fit all. Everyone has a different skill set and whilst some might claim to be a jack of all traders, they are still likely to be stronger in some areas and weaker in others. Look at the work you want to outsource and think about whether it is a job for one or whether it should be broken down into two or even three roles, to get the best possible results. I hired one person for Business development and a completely different person for social media. Both jobs required a completely different person, knowledge and skills.
  4. Location, Location. Think about where you want to hire your VA from. If you want to hire from the Philippines for example, you will outsourcing at significantly lower hourly rates than the UK and USA - but time differences could be an issue, Internet speeds are slower and whilst many are have excellent English skills, your role might require a native English speaker. That said, many are hardworking, loyal and efficient.
  5. Be prepared. Before you post your advert, make sure you have your job description, job offer and contract (including KPI’s and payment terms) all ready to go. Make sure you have an application form set up and ready to start taking applications (Google forms is great for this!)
  6. One step at a time. If you’re not ready to hire a full time VA or even a part time VA, start with a small one off job to get familiar with the process. Fiverr is a great place to start for simple one off tasks (although you will get what you pay for!). It will ease you into the outsourcing process and help you see what other Tasks and functions you could outsource for your business.
  7. The outcome is as good as the instruction. It’s really important to get clear when giving your VA instructions for a particular task or role. Remember, they have not worked for your company before or with you. They might not have done these particular tasks before so you need to be very clear in telling them what they need to do. Give them useful instructions that are easy to follow and if you’re explaining something a little more complicated or providing instructions on how to use a piece of software, a video of your screen and voice instructions will go a long way. It won’t take long and will be worth it for your VA to do the job right first time.
  8. Allow time for training. At first it may feel as though managing someone is taking up time that you don’t have, but consider the bigger picture. Investment at the beginning will pay dividends sooner than you think! Give your VA support and help when they need it and they will shine for you. When they are familiar with your company, your way of working, your set up and their role they will take the reigns.
  9. Get to know your VA. They are human after all and many have a great sense of humour. If you want them to enjoy a long and fulfilling working relationship with you, spend a little time understanding who they are and what makes them tick. It will benefit you in the end.
  10. Just get started. The sooner you get started the easier it will be. Don’t over think it like I did. I hesitated for far too long and suffered massively from it. Outsourcing was the best thing I could have done for the business and just knowing that I have people working for the business everyday and consistently gave me instant relief and made the initial training and management well worth it!
It's time to loosen the reigns and start delegating some of the work load. I promise you, it will change your life - and your business.
